The family of Leopard thermal spotters is brand new for PARD. There are two versions available – 480x360 25mm lens & 640x512
35mm lens. Inside these units reside some of the most technologically advanced designs in the thermal optics industry. The Leopard
line is extremely compact, weighing in at only 12.7 oz (360g). They are designed to easily cradle in the palm of your hand and store in
a shirt pocket, backpack or glovebox with ease. They feature a 3x base optical magnification and a 2-8x digital zoom that crisp, clear
magnification. This compact unit also features the ability to record .MP4 1024x768 video of what you are viewing at the rate of 50
frames/second and it takes 2048x1536 .JPG images that can be downloaded via the included HDMI cable or connected via WiFi to your
Android or iOS smartphone or tablet. All data is stored on a removable 128GB micro SD card. The Leopard also incorporates a 1000m
Laser Range Finder to accurately calculate distances to your target. The 1600x1200 AMOLED display provides crystal clear image
viewing. Every model has a Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference (NETD) rating of ≤20mK (milli-Kelvin) and a pixel pitch of 12μm
(microns), providing you with an extremely sensitive device with industry leading technical specifications. The Leopard family offers
six different thermal color display modes for varying conditions – White Hot (most common), Black Hot (best for viewing wildlife at
night), Red Hot (helps reduce overexposure with ambient light), Iron Hot, Edge and Sky. The Leopard is powered by a commercially
available model 18650 removable/rechargeable Li-Ion battery, providing up to 6 hours of use and can operate in temperatures between
-22° and 131° F. The Ingress Protection (IP) factor rates at an industry leading IP67, providing 100% security against dust, moisture, or
submersion in up to 3ft of water.
